Motorcycles
I have been riding motorcycles from 50-1400cm³ for over 40 years.
With the Honda AT's I had the most fun and the least trouble !
My 1000 cm³ Honda Varadero unfortunately had a very high fuel consumption. It also lacked decent spoke rims and above all a better chassis, a conversion with Öhlins strut and Exel rims etc. would have been extremely expensive ...
That's why I sold the bikes again quite fast.
My Honda Silver Wing 500 cm³ 50 HP, an ideal Tourer only slightly underpowered for his weight.

My Triumph Tiger 900 T400, an ideal Tourer with a lot of power. However, I couldn't really get to grips with it because the center of gravity was too high on this bike. Easy to drive, but difficult to maneuver.
My Honda Africa Twin RD04 750 cm³ an ideal tourer with which I was on the road a lot, e.g. to the North Cape.
My long-haul cruiser, a Honda Africa Twin RD07 with 56 L tank, 10 cm higher chassis, 2 x IMO 100R300, Garmin GPS with 16,5cm screen, Iridium satellite phone and so on.
My Honda Africa Twin RD03 650 cm³, with which I was for half a year through Canada, the USA incl. Alaska, the Yukon, the NWT and Panama.
Great trip and a super motorcycle, with which I had no problems on the way !
I also had various Yamaha, BMW, Suzuki, Harley, KTM and so on...
None of them were near as good as my Africa twin's !
